Daniel Rosefelt, Attorney-CPA, is a nationally recognized tax controversy attorney who has published numerous articles in national publications. As a Dual Licensed Attorney-CPA, He is a frequent speaker on a variety of tax controversy related topics at national tax forums and currently serves as the Vice President of the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA). Additionally, he serves as the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section Committee for IRS Tax Collections, Tax Bankruptcy, and Insolvency. Prior to founding Rosefelt Tax Law, Daniel taught as an adjunct professor of law at Stetson University, College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and was a published member of Law Review.
For over 30 years, Daniel Rosefelt has successfully resolved countless complex tax and financial problems for individuals, independent contractors, executives, business owners, government workers and officials, high profile celebrities, doctors, lawyers and even fellow CPAs and attorneys.
