Daniel Rosefelt Appointed to Secretary of the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants

We are proud to announce that our firm’s managing member Daniel Rosefelt has been newly appointed to Secretary of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs (AAA-CPA). As a member of the Academy’s Executive Committee (EC), Mr. Rosefelt works with the EC to assist in the management of the AAA-CPA. Mr. Rosefelt also previously held the role of Assistant Secretary-Treasurer of the AAA-CPA.

The American Academy of Attorney-CPAs is a national professional organization comprised of individuals who have qualified as dual licensed attorneys and certified public accountants.

In his new role as Secretary, Mr. Rosefelt will be chiefly responsible for maintaining the minutes for all meetings and votes for the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee, as well as maintaining a record of all matters of which a record shall be ordered by the Association, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, or the President. Mr. Rosefelt also continues his role as the AAA-CPA Chair of the National Education Committee which plans and organizes its continuing education and seminar offerings at the AAA-CPA National Conferences.
